The Old School House was previously the laundry room ancillary to the Old School House set within the Peaslake conservation Area and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and was developed by SBA into a single storey building with a brick and oak clad frame extension and handmade clay tiles to match that of the existing structure.

The internal space has been transformed into a light and spacious office which also accommodates a separated kitchen, toilet/shower room with a contemporary feel but still maintains all the original features and character of the existing building and it’s surroundings, transforming this building into a fantastic working office to welcome guests and turn our clients vision into a reality.
