Post Planning Process

  • Building Regulations Pack

    Following an approved planning application, SBA can develop your planning drawings into a set of building regulation drawings. We then submit this package for a plan check to ensure regulation compliance by either a local authority or an approved building inspector. This in conjunction with a structural engineer’s specification, will enable contractors to provide more accurate quotations.

  • Project Management

    Starting as early as the planning stage, SBA are able to offer you a turn-key solution to all your requirements from planning to project completion.

    This includes project tender packs, specifications, cost analysis, contract administration and potential project phasing. Regular on-site contractor meetings will ensure project time scales are met and we aslo alter drawings as necessary when design changes occur during the build phase to keep all drawings up to date.

  • Network of Professional Consultants

    Our many years of experience in the industry has enabled us to create a community of specialists consultants. This includes engineers, quantity surveyors, energy consultants, approved inspectors and specialist surveyors who are able to provide key information to contractors that require additional complex information.
