Shere Village Hall

Commissioned by the local parish council, this project involved converting the existing loft storage at Shere Village Hall into rentable office space. The design introduces a new independent staircase and dormer windows, bringing natural light into the upper level while maintaining the building’s character. Accessibility was also a key focus, with the addition of a gently graded, disabled-friendly ramp to the main hall. The project was recognised with a Bronze Award for Access in the Mayor’s Award for Access at Guildford Borough Council.
