This project was undertaken for a developer who had bought a site with planning permission already in place and asked us to determine if we could improve the design into a contemporary house tucked behind two more traditional houses that fronted a relatively urbanized highway. It allowed the team to create something different, as the house was well-screened from neighbours and sat alone in its surroundings. We are very proud of the finished home, which quickly found its first owner and is really is something a bit different from the usual newly built house.
