We were tasked to redesign the property by removing several incongruous outbuildings and additions to this traditional farmhouse and in so doing create a sizable family home in a Surrey Style. The project was challenging from a planning perspective, which led to our planning team working closely with Guildford Borough Council to manage the integration of the other floor spaces into the main house and aesthetically to create a large addition to the existing cottage that respected the original form of the building.
